Looking back at 1st Quarter

We just finished up with the first quarter of school.  Some really great work was made in all the photo classes.  In the digital photo class, students learned about the elements and principles of design and made informational posters and then jumped into Adobe Lightroom for the Framing and Composition Techniques project.  Check out the slideshow below to see some of that work.  We are now working on color.
Photo 3-4 students did some really creative work with cameraless and pinhole photography.  They also shot, developed and printed their first rolls of film.  We are now working on the creative controls.

Cool Homemade Pinhole Cameras by Jack Minns, Christopher Schuring, Ryan Richter, and Vincent Morelli

5-6 students made books about their summer using various Japanese stab binding techniques.  They also did some super creative pieces using found film.  We are working on self portraits now.
